Hi, I’m Andrea.
I moved to Naples from Venezuela 26 years ago, and this town has been home ever since. I know its neighborhoods, its seasons and its people, and nothing makes me happier than helping families find their place here.
Before real estate, I spent more than eight years in customer service and sales. That’s where I learned that a great experience comes from listening first, answering fast and making every step feel simple. I bring that same approach to every client, whether you’re buying your first home, relocating to Florida, selling, or building new.
I work in English and Spanish. When I’m not showing homes, you’ll find me cheering on my twin boys at their soccer games, at a spin class, or enjoying my love of makeup and fashion.

It’s a good idea. The builder’s sales team works for the builder, and I work for you. I’ve helped buyers with builders like Lennar and D.R. Horton, and I’ll help you compare lots, upgrades, incentives and contracts. Tip: many builders ask you to register your agent on your very first visit, so reach out before you tour.
