As a Southwest Florida real estate professional with LUXE Properties, I bring more than 26 years of local knowledge to every transaction. Originally from Venezuela and a longtime Naples resident, I offer my clients a thorough understanding of the area’s communities, market conditions and lifestyle, along with fully bilingual service in English and Spanish.
My background includes more than eight years in customer service and sales, which shapes how I approach real estate: responsive communication, close attention to detail, and a process that is organized and transparent from start to finish.
I specialize in buying, selling, new construction and acreage throughout Naples, Golden Gate Estates, Ave Maria, Estero, Bonita Springs and the surrounding Southwest Florida markets. I have represented buyers in new construction purchases with builders including Lennar, D.R. Horton, Neal Communities and Pulte Homes, helping clients evaluate communities, understand builder contracts and inclusions, and negotiate effectively. For acreage buyers and sellers, I bring a practical understanding of the factors that affect value, including well and septic systems, zoning and access.
