Golden Gate City vs. Golden Gate Estates

Golden Gate City was planned in the 1960s as a roughly 2-by-2-mile community. You'll find single-family homes, duplexes, townhomes and condos on city-size lots, close to shopping, parks and I-75.

Golden Gate Estates stretches east and has a quieter, more rural feel, with homes on lots that often start around an acre and can be much larger.
